The EcoCBelt cleaning machine is modular system. Its basic version consists of
- a cleaning module with tank,
- a drying module with blower,
- a spray tunnel,
- a transport system and
- a control system.
It can be extended and even rebuilt to meet workpiece and cleanliness requirements by adding additional aggregates and modules.
Loading
takes place either manually or automatically via inter-linking with existing transport systems. Workpieces can be transported either continuously or in cycles using chain conveyors or slat band conveyors.
