A new compact ultra-fine cleaning system

Rheineck, August 2012 - Whether it's glass wafers, high-precision optical lenses or semiconductors - for the challenging task of cleaning such parts, UCM AG presents a compact system capable of meeting cleanroom standards. Equipped with four cleaning and rinsing tanks, the machine can deliver extremely high levels of product cleanliness through individual programming and control.  Additional performance features include a purpose-matched ultrasonic unit, continuous particle removal by four-sided tank overflow, plus high-grade recycling and reconditioning of the cleaning fluid with ultra-fine filtration.  All tanks have an inclined bottom to facilitate drainage and cleaning.  Optionally, UCM AG - a member of the Dürr Ecoclean Group - can determine the process design and choice of cleaning fluids jointly with the customer and cleaning fluid vendor.

At the parts2clean 2012 in Stuttgart, Dürr Ecoclean GmbH and UCM AG are exhibiting in Hall 1, Stand D 416 / E 515
